Solar Flare is a VERY HOT pepper sause that blends pineapple with Carolina Reapers, Tortuga Moruga Scorpions, multiple types of cayennes, Wiri Wiri and some other peppers that are just hot. The pineapple helps tame the heat to a very hot level, but still gives some wonderful pepper tones and textures. This is a blend that goes well with all types of white meats and soft cheeses. It's thicker and less vinegary with an incredibly amount of flavor with each drop.
