Rougarou is a Louisiana cayenne style pepper sauce that blends uses three different types of peppers immersed in an incredible spice blend that you can taste without too much heat. Slightly vinegary, this is nothing like other Louisiana style sauces you  may have had. It's thicker and less vinegary with an incredibly amount of flavor with each drop.
Considered to be medium to hot.
