Texas Plains Heat (TPH) is a blend of 8 different peppers, smoked and aged for 2 years in a bourbon barrel. This style pepper sauce that blends uses 8 different types of peppers immersed in an incredible spice blend that you can taste. 
Very smokey flavored with hints of fruit and black peppers, this sauce has very little vinegar flavor with a little bit of saltiness. Delicious on just about anything you can dream of, also makes for an incredible marinade for beef, chicken, pork and shrimp.
Considered to be hot to very hot.
