This Thai-inspired sauce is classic condiment in Asian cuisine, especially Thai and Vietnamese food. Delightfully sweet and spicy with a moderate heat level, this irresistible sticky sauce will complement a wide variet of savory dishes. Its authentic name is Nam Chim Kai - Thai for dipping sauce.

Ingredients
½ cup Black Hand's Lady Boy pepper sauce
¾ cup cane sugar
⅔ cup water
½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1: Add Ingredients
In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients
Step 2: Transfer to a food processor or blender
Blend until all ingredients are mostly smooth.
Step 3: Cook
In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the sauce to a boil.
Boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Let the sauce cool to room temperature.
The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
Step 4: Storage
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month

You can replace the Black Hand "Lady Boy" pepper sauce with any other Black Hand pepper sauce variety to add unique flavors.
This is also easily adaptable for you to make Sticky Sweet Chili Sauce by substituting the Black Hand "Lady Boy" pepper sauce with any combination of fresh peppers that you want.
